Fraser

Fraser is the founder and principle surveyor at Holywell Surveyors. He is an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS registered valuer. He is also a full member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association. Alongside qualifications in surveying and valuation, Fraser is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, Heat Loss Surveyor, and Retrofit Assessor.

Fraser’s core aim for Holywell Surveyors is to provide a trusted, expert service that delivers true value to clients. Fraser believes that going above and beyond for his clients is a basic duty, and is driven by customer satisfaction and protecting his local community, rather than by chasing profits.

For 2026 Fraser is focusing on his professional development within retrofit, studying to become a Retrofit Coordinator. Alongside this new qualification, his specific passion lies in older buildings, where he is studying historic conservation, particularly in relation to listed buildings.

Heidi

Heidi is the client manager at Holywell Surveyors, from the initial enquiry, through to the post-survey aftercare Heidi is always on hand to provide advice and support where needed.

Heidi ensures that our clients needs are properly understood, so that we can provide the right service, and advice that matters.

Harry

Harry is our qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, and carries out EPC work for local councils, private clients, and estate agents. Harry has a meticulous and detailed approach to work, this is reflected in the energy assessments that he produces.
