Your Local RICS Surveyor and Valuer

I’m Fraser, an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered valuer. I provide residential survey and valuation services in Warwickshire and North Oxfordshire, an area in which I have lived for my whole life.

Alongside qualifications in surveying and valuation, I am also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, Heat Loss Surveyor, and Retrofit Assessor.

Setting the tone for your survey is important, before the survey we take the time to understand your concerns, questions and plans for the property, I inspect what is relevant to you, and provide the answers and advice you need.

Thoroughness is the key to my service, so I don’t leave an inspection until I feel completely confident to do so, this means my report isn’t full of limitations and assumptions, but instead give you a full picture, with detailed observations, annotated photos, and clear, actionable recommendations.

I care about context

The outcome of your survey can be daunting on first read, that’s why I always offer a follow up call to talk through the findings. The opportunity to go through the report at your own pace and ask as many questions as you need, I find, always helps inform your next steps.

Why do you need a RICS-registered surveyor?

Unlike tradespeople who may have a vested interest in finding work, I’m here to give you an unbiased assessment. I bring the expertise to identify issues across all property types and construction eras, from structural concerns to hidden risks like asbestos or damp. Think of me as the GP of the property world, ensuring you get a comprehensive diagnosis before making big decisions.
